Excellent News!
The BBC has announced that Cranford will be back at Christmas. Set one year after the previous series it will bring back to the TV screens dear Miss Matty, Miss Pole and all the other well known characters who we’ve already met before and adding a few new ones. We’ve been looking forward to this announcement quite anxiously as Cranford was one of our favourite series from last year. Filming is set to begin in June and we’re looking forward to see the first scenes.
Weeeeeeee! Can’t wait to see this at Christmas. It will be a delight to see the Cranford ladies again.

Oh I have so much to catch up on this blog. My head spins, you always seem to mention just what I was watching/expecting.
Just watched Cranford again this past weekend (for the 10th time). I love it and was wishing there would be more.

That Dr. Marshland is so funny. And Mrs. Forrester and Miss Pole going at it. LOL! And Ms. Jamieson going around in that chair and not sharing her carriage on the day of the garden party.
Oh I can’t wait.

I love this movie. Oh MAN I love this movie.
I also just saw the new adaptation of Tess of the D’Ubervilles. I basically just hate the plot, but they did a really good job, were very faithful as far as the original storyline goes, and the acting was good too.
Meanwhile, I’m off to find something to watch that doesn’t make me want to cry/hit something.
LOL Anorthite that’s the reason I haven’t watched Tess yet, I know I’ll want to cry or hit something or both.
But like you all I’m really looking forward to watch Cranford again.
